Abbott Automation Solutions GmbH is looking for a Technical Drawer (m/f/d), based in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of technical drawings (2D drafting) of mechanical components, assemblies and handling modules for the AAS track system following design control procedures
  • Detailing or creation (3D modeling) of components or assemblies under supervision of design engineers
  • Cooperation with other departments in global cross-functional teams during the design phase of a project
  • Review of technical drawings and correction if necessary  Gap Analysis to match the drawings the production status
  • Maintenance of design data  Assessment of drawings created by other drawers, engineers or external contractors in particular with regard but not limited to compliance with relevant European drawing standards
  • Identify and describe areas of process improvements

Background / Education

  • Apprenticeship as technical drawer/technical product designer, alternatively an engineering degree
  • CAD experiences are beneficial
  • Fluent German
  • Good English knowledge
  • Experiences in MS Office (focus on Excel and Power Point)
  • High flexibility and motivation to learn new things and create process flows
