Salary range is:
$54,635.00 - $85,000.00

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales and customer-facing teams are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with revenue enablement tools, particularly Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement Tool Optimization: Assist in the deployment, training, and maintenance of our enablement tools to ensure they meet the organization’s needs.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate training content, ensuring it is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Training & Support: Host training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure that all users can effectively use enablement tools and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement efforts across the organization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an enablement, training, or a similar role, with a focus on revenue enablement tools.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with revenue enablement tools such as CMS, LMS, and Salesforce is required.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decision-making and improvements in enablement strategies. Excel expertise required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve enablement processes and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Seismic, including content management, LiveDocs, or NewsCenter and Learning features.
  • Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning versions
  • Knowledge of best practices in change management, adult learning and instructional design.
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
