Dako Academy/Technical Support team in Glostrup is looking for a candidate who easily will become acquainted with the understanding of support processes, and use technical knowledge to clarify, investigate and develop solutions to complex problems across a broad range of Pathology products. You will take an active role in escalation processes as part of investigation, while delivering second level support to field-based application specialists.
Your key responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Troubleshoot on customer’s reported technical problems
- Collaborate cross functional with a variety of Agilent’s departments to provide fast solutions
- Review of technical documents as part of troubleshooting and investigation that may relate to a reported issue
- Evaluation of stained slides and images (H&E, IHC, ISH and special stains)
- Review of instrument data
- Support the training in Academy
- Collaborate with Global Product Managers and participate in meetings, to focus on and contribute to maintaining the high standard and quality of Agilent’s products
- Handle relevant technical enquiries from our Sales Organisation and other functions
QUALIFICATIONS

Your qualifications:
- Experience in working with diagnostic techniques IHC, ISH, H&E and special stains, especially profound knowledge and practical experience in IHC techniques is necessary
- It is an advantage, but not a requirement if you have experience and knowledge in using Agilent cancer diagnostic pathology reagents and instruments
- Good in English verbal and written communication
- High degree of business understanding and interest in customer focus
- Structured and quality minded with good problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems and IT systems
- Medical Laboratory Technician or Master’s degree in chemistry/immunology or equivalent
