• Act as the main contact for tenancy and leasing matters.
• Oversee M&E works, BMS, telecommunications, lifts, and security systems.
• Liaise with authorities and handle audits.
• Manage drawings and minor improvement/A&A works.
• Ensure vendors follow the PPM schedule.
• Address safety issues, crisis management, and SOPs.
• Handle progress reports, quotations, and approvals.
• Escort contractors and manage duty phone hotline.
• Update systems for LinkFM, OMS, and fault cases.
• Assist with project management, including site supervision and checking materials.
