Technical Implementation Specialist

The Gdynia Technical Implementation Specialists team is responsible for performing product installations, contract obligations execution, service monitoring and troubleshooting assistance for clients across all European countries and sometimes outside . We support LSEG desktop and server, transactions and market data products.
Technical Implementation Specialists are engineering experts who leverage innovative technologies to ensure global consistency of installation processes and faster product implementation.

• Performs the services of the effective implementation of LSEG products into customer’s environments, including complex products and
• simple solutions.
• Performs installations, upgrades, migrations and integrations of a variety of products aligned to globally consistent methodologies with
• moderate guidance
• Supports to resolve implementation issues in a timely manner
• Effectively communicates with a wide group of stakeholders
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and supports to manage service level agreements with customers
• Executes the development and implementation of solution to appropriate standards with moderate guidance
• Supports initiatives for process and service improvements within the team
• Supports the maintenance of the integrated solution provided to clients with moderate guidance
• Supports senior members of the team to deliver on the strategic priorities, has a working knowledge of basic concepts and procedures
• Provide input to employee performance evaluations
• Capable to handle client queries related to professional services post implementation with moderate guidance
• Remote installations of new instances and maintenance of existing solution based on hosted servers/cloud environment or 3rd party managed infrastructureWHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
• Minimum 1 year of Technical Implementation Specialist experience
• Proactive can-do attitude
• Expert knowledge in key areas including operating systems, networking technologies, security standards
• Strong problem management and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with virtual teams to successfully deliver projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external teams
• Understanding of project management principles
• Logical thinking/problem solving, self motivation and a strong contribution within a team
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage)
