REQUIREMENTS
- College Diploma in Building Systems, Automation, or a related field
- College degree in Building Mechanics, Instrumentation or related field
- 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
- Bilingualism is essential (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of electrical concepts
- Good knowledge of current office software (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers in their choice of HVAC controllers
- Welcome clients to the branch or over the phone in a professional manner
- Offer expert advice to clients in their choices of components and control system regulators
- Answer technical questions and add value by presenting products
- Perform technical research in order to offer the best solution to the customer
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the branch
- Evaluate clients’ technical needs and requests in order to prepare their quote
- Respect RMA procedures
- Inform clients about new, existing and complimentary products
- Assist the warehouse clerk with the preparation of deliveries and orders, as needed
- Produce various reports and follow up on orders
- Stay up to date with knowledge regarding new products
- Attend training sessions given by suppliers and participate in industry meetings, seminars and trade shows
