POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports to the Program Manager, Security Operations Analyst program. As a technical instructor, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your expertise, engage diverse audiences, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Instruction and Training:
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in Cyber Security and other technical programs offered by NPOWER Canada using standardized curriculum and approved resources.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Support the Education Team with development of course materials, including lesson plans, activities, and presentations.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to participants.
- Program Development and Learning:
- Learn and master the assigned programs to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date instruction.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies into training programs.
- Coordination and Scheduling:
- Work with the Program Manager to plan and schedule one on one sessions based on individual participants’ needs.
- Be available for additional assignments and tasks as directed by the Program Manager.
- Participant Support:
- Provide vocational and academic support and guidance to participants.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participants’s engagement and success.
