REQUIREMENTS & PREFERRED SKILLS

• Ideally experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation operations, Carrier Relations, Carrier Procurement, and/or Systems Integrations
• 2+ years of experience:
• Logistics Operations, and/or
• Carrier Onboarding, and/or
• Carrier Procurement.
• Technical integration (EDI/Flat file/API) experience
• Previous experience working with Kibana
• Quick learner, especially around industry knowledge and for technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
• Passion for carrier/customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
• Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in the office three days weekly

As a Technical Integration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our global carrier network. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting carrier performance to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
