    The Position:
    Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a remote Payroll Technical Leadto support one of our local clients at St Louis, MO.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration.
  • 5 years or more experience performing software development in a technical leadership role
  • 5 years or more experience with the payroll and/or retirement benefit systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with client’s personnel to understand and document system requirements
  • Analyze existing systems and their functionality
  • Architect, design, plan and estimate the benefit payment solution
  • Implement the solution
  • Ensure business user acceptance of the solution
  • Coordinate the migration from the current systems
