We’re seeking a Technical Lead for our Growth Engineering Division with an emphasis on building and innovating for Enterprise healthcare groups. We are looking for a leader to help build the future of Fullscript to scale across any size clinic or business.
As the Technical Lead, you will impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our platform’s future, specifically within the Growth domain. You will work with the other technical leaders, product people, designers and engineers to solve problems within a fast-growing platform.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers.
- Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
- Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
- Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap.
- Help meet company goals while maintaining our application’s technical health and security.
- Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
- Collaborate with other technical leaders in product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
