You’re a master of your craft but you’re happy to set the vision and your team up for success rather than do it all yourself. You’re a leader and visionary who can flex between coding, leading a team, and communicating with clients. You love bringing ideas to life in collaborative interdisciplinary teams.

• Architect comprehensive full-stack/front-end builds for a variety of digital experiences and environments
• Set the bar for experience engineering and coach your team to rise to your level
• Lead a team of developers across a project
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment to manage team health and project success
• Articulate your approach clearly to both your team and clients
• Bring a point of view and informed opinions on platforms and code/styling solutions to evolve Instrument’s digital presence as an industry leader
• Establish and maintain best practices for development, documentation, testing and automation across projects
