We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Purview to lead a high-profile implementation project. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in data governance, compliance, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. This individual must be comfortable working in a challenging environment with a risk-averse IT team and a sponsor with high expectations for rapid progress.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Demonstrate 300-400 level knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
• Provide guidance on Purview’s capabilities and leverage its full suite of tools to meet business and compliance needs.
• Deliver Purview presentations and communicate concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
• Oversee configuration and deployment of Purview Scanner for data classification.
• Apply 300-400 level understanding of Data Loss Protection (DLP) policies in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Map data compliance requirements to Microsoft Purview’s features and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Lead discussions on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and data sovereignty within a complex, multi-authority environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to navigate risk aversion, ensuring swift and effective decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT staff to pull appropriate decisions and address concerns regarding the implementation.
• Build rapport and manage the expectations of a demanding project sponsor who requires visible progress.
• Create detailed, comprehensive documentation that meets rigorous client standards.
• Ensure all project documentation is thoroughly reviewed and compliant with the client’s governance framework.
