Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Modern Work Technical Specialist Lead, your most important priorities are to coach and mentor each of the colleagues in the team, and the full team, to reaching their full potential, and, together with the team, exceed our business ambitions, driving revenue and market share. You’ll play a pivotal role in our overall Modern Work sales strategy, coordinating efforts across infrastructure, data, applications, and security with your peer leaders.
We’re looking for an empathetic leader with a strong technical expertise in the cloud who also has a keen understanding of business dynamics. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the digital transformation efforts for our customers, influencing the technical decision-making processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive customer success by understanding their needs and delivering innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Support and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
- Coordinate contributors from other business units to define and prioritize features
- Understand and report progress on the Program MVP with key stakeholders and Portfolio Management
- Maintain the Program Backlog and represent the region in the global PM team sync
- Socialize PM practices in the local region through presentations, emails, and Q&A sessions
- Coach teams in the use of PM practices and monitor the use of standard practices
- Deliver epics, features, and tasks assigned by the Portfolio Team
