Technical Lead Temenos

Job Summary:
The Technical Lead - Temenos will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Temenos banking software implementations and integrations. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Temenos systems, guiding a team of developers, and ensuring that the solution aligns with the company’s banking and financial services strategies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Temenos T24, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Temenos T24, including design, development, and implementation.
• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong expertise in Temenos T24 architecture, frameworks, and modules.
• Proficiency in Java, Oracle, and PL/SQL, as well as experience with APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of Temenos implementation methodologies and best practices.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across department
