Description:
The Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing require a full time Technical Lead to manage the teaching laboratories within the School of Allied Health & Midwifery and School of Nursing.
The Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing require a full time Technical Lead to manage the teaching laboratories within the School of Allied Health & Midwifery and School of Nursing. You will be required to line manage the Practical Skills Technical Support team across the Faculty and provide technical expertise to users of the skills laboratories. You will require experience of working in a supervisory capacity, must be educated to a first degree level in a relevant subject area, or equivalent and preferably have insight into practical skills.
Excellent communication skills, team-working and the ability to deliver training to users of the area are essential to this post. You must be able to undertake moving and handling activity and undertake first aid training.
