WHAT YOU’LL BRING (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Significant experience of a relevant engineering role
• Fluent in English and Hungarian language

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Being an inclusive leader; setting daily priorities for engineers, balancing workloads, being a mentor to team members, and setting an example by continuously driving improvements
• Acting as the aeroderivative package design technical focal for deviation support and AO BOM release and maintenance to maximize business impact
• This position requires strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Representing the Aeroderivative Engineering organization (both Product and Project) in various local and business Kaizens or other improvement efforts
• Engaging with partner organizations to implement new product and process ideas that enhance quality, reduce cost and improve productivity
• Advising NPI design teams on design for producibility and lean flow
• Cultivate positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed
• Ensuring the team delivers change that has business impact
• Act as a mentor for the team
