Hays are delighted to be working with an established and growing Biostimulants manufacturer with a UK and European footprint. As the company undertakes expansion, this is a newly created global role positioned to lead all technical activity with key customers.
This role is predominantly home-based albeit with a need to be flexible with ad-hoc travel on a European-wide basis.
Key areas of focus pertain to: providing leadership across the technical areas of the business and specifically biostimulants and adjuvants; provide technical support to the Sales and Business Development teams and drive closer internal collaboration; develop closer working relationships with suppliers; provide technical training and support to key customers; establish a European wide network of field trials for new and existing products; actively support R&D colleagues in relevant areas and help support relevant market analysis.
This highly visible role will drive collaboration and synergies across the group and help drive continuous improvement of service levels.
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate an Agricultural education with a strong knowledge of European agricultural crops. With demonstrable Technical experience working with crop protection, biostimulants or adjuvants, you will also have experience of conduction trails in these areas.
With excellent communication and relationship building skills, you will be able to demonstrate a collaborative approach to your internal and external stakeholder relationships. A strong attention to detail is essential aligned with a self-motivated and results focused approach to your work and exceptional organisational skills.
