Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, installation, and technical adjustments of the dipping line, including troubleshooting and development of process guidelines.
- Oversee the commissioning and start-up of the lines.
- Coordinate the development and training of SOPs for various departments (Manufacturing, Lab, Quality, Mixing Room) and manage raw materials, including specifications and tests.
- Contribute to evaluating the company’s development challenges in the short, medium, and long term, and participate in budgeting for innovation development axes.
- Proactively search for new technical solutions, study the company’s technical positioning, and anticipate technological breakthroughs to maintain a leadership position.
- Develop a supplier sourcing strategy, technically analyze their offers, and participate in testing and process optimization phases.
- Provide technical assistance to Process Engineers to solve problems related to the manufacturing process and adapt the production tool.
- Monitor technological developments related to gloves with research and development institutions, equipment manufacturers, and chemical suppliers.
- Coordinate product development according to customer and market needs, involving necessary stakeholders.
- Create and manage the technical department budget as well as manage the CapEx budget for the facility.
- Participate in the process and propose necessary improvements based on evolving standards and risk analysis.
And all other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor, relevant and directly related to the proper execution of this position.
