As a Technical Market Manager M/F/D you will report to Head of Sales based in Dublin for a Permanent contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and on-site technical support to customers and sales staff, ensuring professional assistance with product queries and issues.
- Assist in the creation of consumer unit designs and maintain related technical files to support both customers and internal sales teams.
- Ensure compliance of all products with the latest electrical standards, staying informed about regulatory updates and product innovations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve technical knowledge and skills for customers and sales teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with marketing on market research, proofread catalogues, and help align product launches with the needs of the Irish market.
