We are on an exciting journey to develop the area within CRM and Customer Value Management to work more data-driven and are currently looking for a curious technical Marketing Automation Specialist with experience in CRM from a technical perspective to join our Martech Team. About the job

As Marketing Automation Specialist with us, you will:

• Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM system and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
• Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
• Support essential marketing operations initiatives in the marketing automation platform such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
• Develop the marketing automation platform to support personalization requirements.
• Work with the broader setup for how we develop the customer’s relationship over time and how to implement the logic within the marketing automation platform from a technical perspective
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

In this role, there will be a lot of development potential and you will create a large network within ICA Bank & ICA Insurance, as you will be expected to collaborate with different teams such as Marketing, Product, IT, Business to Consumer and Insurance.
Who are you?

In terms of experience, we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience with the technical side of Marketing Automation.
• Experience with database management concepts and best practices.
• Experience configuring and implementing Marketing Automation tooling and how to integrate this with other systems.
• Experience with configuring targeted marketing campaigns (logged in state) through digital channels.
• Demonstrated experience working with configuration and management of a Marketing Automation platform.

It is advantageous if you have worked within a Bank or Insurance company, and if you have previous experience with Jira and/or MS DevOps. Experience of working in an agile organization and understanding of the agile way of working is also a merit.

You are confident in yourself and your skills and are happy to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you have a genuine interest and follow trends regarding Data & Analytics and you are passionate about working in a cooperative and agile environment.
