Description:
The Water and Wastewater - Operations Unit provides high-quality and reliable water supply and wastewater services to the Tweed Community.
As Technical Officer - Water Supply and Quality, you will ensure our Drinking Water Management System is implemented and continuously improved within the network area.

Responsibilities:
- inspect, maintain, test, operate, and report on drinking water network assets with a high focus on drinking water quality and risk management
- provide technical support and advice on network water quality to customers, supervisors, engineers and management
- ensure storage reservoirs are regularly and thoroughly inspected to minimise the chance of contamination
- work closely with the Senior Engineer for reporting, development and implementation of water quality improvements.
