As a Technical Operations Engineer, you are a key member of the operations team, focusing on automating and improving processes. Your role emphasizes enhancing system performance and streamlining installation support.

Tasks

  • Automate and improve installation and data point onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate surveys to gather insights and support operational improvements.
  • Create comprehensive hardware and installation guide documentation for user support.
  • Evaluate hydraulic system schematics and define precise measurement points.
  • Configure hardware components, including routers and protocol converters.
  • Troubleshoot hardware connections and data flow issues to maintain system reliability.
  • You provide phone support and technical assistance to partners, colleagues in the field, and installers during installations to ensure proper setup, functionality, and clear communication.
  • Develop improved onboarding processes for new installers and conduct training sessions for partners and internal teams on installation and data point onboarding.

Requirements

  • Technical background in SHK with 3-5 years of professional hands-on experience in heating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
  • Strong affinity for IT.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to assume responsibility and work idependently.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a structured working style
  • Open-minded and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and good English skills.
