If you are an IT Manager with extensive experience of managing highly skilled, ‘3rd line’ IT professionals and you’re looking for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
Having invested significantly to establish a reliable, Cyber Essentials compliant IT infrastructure, we are now looking for a talented individual to support our succession planning and be a key influence in the next stages of our strategic development.

Reporting to and working closely with our Director of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our IT operations including:

• leading and line managing our team of highly skilled 3rd line professionals;
• leading the continued development of a reliable, resilient and secure IT infrastructure;
• ensuring the effectiveness of business continuity, impact assessment and response plans;
• ensuring that best use is made of the latest technology developments.

To be successful you’ll have demonstrable, substantial experience of managing technical teams supporting ‘Enterprise’ class infrastructure to a very high standard of delivery. Highly developed project management skills will also be essential as will a strong continuous improvement orientation with experience and evidence of constantly identifying opportunities and implementing innovative actions with positive impact. You’ll be culturally aware with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to and influence a diverse range of people. You’ll also be proactive, self-motivated and able to operate on your own initiative and exercise sound judgement.
