Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

This position fills a vital role in the Centre for Resilience in Environment, Water and Waste (CREWW) supporting the Centre Director and the Centre Programme Manager in ensuring the technical support is the right size and shape; liaising with the Geography Department (in which CREWW is housed) and the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy to provide data and intelligence for growth and development. Further, there is a key requirement to provide compliance, governance and risk support for the Centre; safety leadership and staff leadership and management. The role holder will additionally be required to support related and adjacent functions in the wider Geography Department and other ESE Departments, such as Engineering, Biosciences and Physics.
