• Lead technical operations across key production-related buildings, ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage compliance with Irish regulatory and environmental standards, including ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure high asset uptime.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy reduction and resource conservation.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee a team of technical staff and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
• Lead CapEx projects, ensuring successful and timely completion.
