The UK and Ireland service department with headquarters in Warrington is responsible for service and maintenance of all Vestas’ wind farms in UK and Ireland. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with technical planning, ideally obtained in a technical environment alternatively:o wind turbine technician
• newly qualified engineer (e.g., mechanical or electrical)
• Electrician in an established role with a focus on technical specifications, technical supportGood IT skills, SAP/Salesforce experience is welcome

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Technical analysis and preparation of service orders, providing technical solution for technicians
• Define resources needed for service orders, e.g. competencies, materials and tools
• Find technical documentation and safety documentation in Vestas database for technicians

• Daily communication with technicians, dispatchers, technical and customer groupContinuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks
