Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Technical Producer at Terminal Velocity, you will seamlessly blend the skills of a Producer with the technical expertise of a Technical Account Manager. This role demands a deep understanding of game development, client relations, and project management. As the primary liaison between our internal teams and external clients, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services. Your ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans while managing stakeholder expectations will be essential to our success. In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge, innovative projects at the forefront of the game industry, helping shape and support the next generation of live service titles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Align teams around project plans and schedules, executing efficiently within Agile practices.
  • Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
  • Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Provide technical guidance to teams and clients, ensuring everyone understands the project’s technical aspects. Bridge client needs and technical solutions while staying current on industry trends.
  • Strategic Planning & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within projects and collaborate with the Business Development team to pitch services to clients.
  • Culture & Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and manage distributed teams across time zones. Drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders. Ensure key learnings are shared to improve future projects.
