Technical Product Analyst

The Technical Product Analyst is responsible for both gathering and documenting detailed business and technical requirements for our computer vision (CV) AI-enabled retail solutions, and creating comprehensive technical documentation. This role serves as a bridge between the R&D team and product owners, ensuring that technical outputs align with business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelorʼs degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical writing and business analysis, preferably in a technology or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of documentation and specification tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

• Independently gather detailed requirements from stakeholders (Operations, CustomerSuccessTeam, RnD) to understand the scope and objectives of the projects.
• Document business and technical requirements clearly and concisely.
• Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, and system architecture overviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Participate in workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
• Assist in the review process of technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
