We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Plus Technical Leader with a strong consulting background. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the Shopify Plus platform and other ecommerce solutions, along with the ability to guide and influence client decisions through strategic consulting. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, client-facing consulting skills, and a deep understanding of the Shopify Plus ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience with consulting and delivering strategic Ecommerce Solutions
- Proven ability to interact with Technical Leadership in a client facing environment
- Highly skilled in Shopify Plus ecosystem & development including Liquid programming, custom app development and API integrations
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and implementations including Adobe Experience Manager, Magento, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices including SEO, UX/UI, performance optimization and multi-channel integration
- Ability to think critically about client needs and how best to address them with Shopify Plus
- Comfortable articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing client relationships
- History of leading technical teams and managing large-scale e-commerce projects
- Exposure to headless commerce implementations using Shopify Plus and related technologies
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and manage the technical aspects of Shopify Plus implementations, including architecture design, custom development, integrations, and performance optimization
- Consulting Expertise: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic advice, and develop tailored e-commerce solutions on the Shopify Plus platform
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, robust, and innovative Shopify Plus solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients, delivering workshops, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Shopify Plus platform
