ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to oversee and guide development efforts across multiple projects. This role involves working with developers, product managers, project managers, and the CTO to drive project success to steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.
Strong expertise in Node.js and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. Additionally the role involved adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer to peer stack for our projects. Prior experience with peer to peer stack is great to have.

Lead, oversee and support day to day development activities.

• Collaborate with developers, product and project managers, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
• Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Provide technical mentorship and remain hands-on for coding when required.
• Ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Drive improvements in process and practices.

• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.
• Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential.
• Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have.
• Proven experience launching successful products.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience mentoring developers of varying experience levels.
• Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile.
