PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Solutions Engineer, Product or Engineering role
  • Background in engineering, software development, or a related technical field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and operations)

TECHNICAL & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience managing and optimizing JIRA (or similar project management tools)
  • Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and engineering concepts
  • Experience working with API integrations, cloud services, and vendor platforms (preferred)
  • Knowledge of app store policies and compliance considerations (a plus)

SOFT SKILLS

  • Has the innate ability to navigate priorities while also being flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bias for action – takes initiative, drives execution, and finds solutions to roadblocks
  • Detail-oriented ensures accuracy in sprint planning, backlog organization, and reporting
  • Exceptionally strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Team player who fosters collaboration between technical and product teams

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

o Reports to and collaborates with key Product Leaders at APMC
o Works closely with assigned technical teams and their leads
