Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/MS/PhD and relative experience applying computational models in a healthcare ecosystem.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI technologies, including LLM, NLP, and GenAI.
  • Strong technical background and hands-on experience with AI/ML models, NLP techniques, and generative AI technologies.
  • Understanding of NLP, LLMs at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of medical records, key concepts in oncology, and genomics.
  • Understanding of responsible AI - e.g., privacy/security, transparency, data drift.
  • Market understanding of data applications in life sciences is a strong plus.
  • Engineering mindset and natural understanding of agile development methods.
  • Display strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, articulating our track record and success strategy.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Leader to join our dynamic team in Cambridge, MA or Plymouth Meeting, PA. As a senior member of the technical product team, you will be responsible for defining application of AI methods to data as a way unlock new value propositions across life sciences and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and markets to guide technical product development.
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for integrating LLM, NLP, and GenAI technologies into ConcertAI’s healthcare solutions.
  • Create detailed roadmaps, prioritize rigorously, and communicate trade-offs internally, especially as relates to use of NLP, LLMs, and other mechanisms to abstract meaningful data from medical records.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to develop and deliver high-quality AI-driven products.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on the application of LLM, NLP, and GenAI technologies in healthcare.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and software engineers across the organization.
  • Engage with healthcare providers, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on product performance.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and related technologies, driving continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Required travel up to 20%
