We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, focusing on deepening existing ERP integrations.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.
- Requirement Documentation: Uncover and understand the most critical ERP features used by customers, and translate them into product requirement documentation and user stories.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure requirements are fully understood, and implementation plans align with expectations.
- Integration Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the depth of our ERP integrations, and support the development team in bringing new features to market.
- Communication: Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Documentation: Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Training & Support: Provide internal and customer training on new features and functionality to ensure successful adoption and use of the product.
