• Lead the ideation, discovery, technical development, and launch of innovative features
• Build relationships across ZeroNorth’s engineering teams to understand gaps in the existing services
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists & data engineers
• Collaborate with fellow Product Managers across the organisation and promote internal customer thinking in order to gain the highest value from our core algorithms
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products
• Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
• Assess and address technical risks
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentatio
