POSITION:

Conferma isseeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in financial technology, procurement solutions, and experience working within the SAFe Agile framework. You will own the end-to-end delivery of Virtual Payment products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the strategic vision of innovative Conferma solutions that improve user experiences and business outcomes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience in fintech, procurement technology, or related fields.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies, including participation in PI planning, sprint execution, product delivery and backlog management.
• Knowledge of financial services, payments, and procurement industry solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
• Technical acumen to communicate effectively with development teams and ensure successful implementation of product features.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to align stakeholders and development teams on product vision and roadmap.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Functional focused mindset, with the ability to translate functional needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and deliver on time within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working within procure and pay technology platforms.
• Certifications in SAFe, CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), or related Agile practices are highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
