A bit about the role…
As a Delivery Systems and Till Data Subject Matter Expert working in the Channels to Market team you will report in to the Global Senior Service Delivery Manager and be providing technical and operational expertise on Delivery Systems, including delivery aggregator software, delivery partner channels and hubs and point-of-sale (POS) system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and the Service Delivery manager, to provide continuous improvement, troubleshoot issue and implement new features and functionalities.

The role will cover the following key areas;

  • Delivery Proposition Technology Ownership
  • Delivery Integrations Management
  • Ticket, Issue Management, and Support
  • Store Accounts Management and Data Alignment Ownership
