Description:

As the Technical Product Owner - Finance/Corporate, you will carry a high level of responsibility and influence in supporting the product strategy, driving innovation, and spearheading an Agile Product based organizational structure. You will play a critical role defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving product vision and will ensure delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, along with exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering and Business Administration, Master’s or MBA is a plus
  • Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM), accounting/Finance designations preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management – Establish business case and budget, report on key outcomes, evaluate and manage vendor performance
  • Resource Allocation and Prioritization – Collaborate with Business to address key initiatives and harvest core business value
  • Support Strategy and Roadmap Development – Help define and evolve product vision and ways of working, identify new product opportunities and partner with our executives for alignment to broader company objectives
  • Agile Team Collaboration – Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to support delivery and maintain focus on key accountabilities and objectives
  • Product Performance, Financial Management and Quality Assurance – Monitor and optimize technology stack, track and report on value realized to governing bodies
