As someone who never shies away from a challenge, let us present ours to you. We are seeking, a highly competent and motivated Product Owner to join our new AI Platform Engineering squad dedicated to build capabilities to enabled application teams to modernise Commonwealth Bank’s applications by building and leveraging AI into their solutions.
TECH SKILLS
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
- A proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex engineering initiatives
- A working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in accelerating the product development lifecycle including Generative AI
- Deep knowledge of architectural patterns, cloud-native solutions on AWS, microservices architecture, solutions integration and containerisation
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging AI tools and integrate them into engineering workflows
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and iterative experimentation from idea to prototype to pilot to product
- Expertise in full cycle engineering using modern DevSecOps practices, IaC and CI/CD tools
- Strong skills in working with large structured, unstructured and semi-structured datasets
- An understanding of popular ML frameworks
- CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, GitHub actions, Teamcity, and Argo CD
- Strong technical domain knowledge ‘T’ Shape.
- Building roadmaps and sprints using Jira.
- Understanding or experience with these languages- Python, Javascript, C# languages, and Bash/Shell/Powershell scripting.
- An interest in technical product challenges
- Experience with iterative (agile) and/or lean design and development
