Description:

Reports to: Director of Digital Solutions
Located in: Tulsa (On-Site)
Cooperates with: Software Development, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, IT
Primary Responsibility: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the scrum development of digital solutions that align with our company’s goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Manager, preferably in the technology and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Digital and/or technical product, program, and project management background.
  • Competency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar for backlog and sprint management.
  • Proficiency with digital product development and solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Owner certification is required. Relevant experience and ability to obtain certification soon after hiring will be considered.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce knowledge or certification is a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • PMP or similar certification or experience is recommended.
  • Strong technical documentation skills are a plus.
  • Ability to effectively ‘manage up’ as well as managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of environmental manufacturing products and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Backlog Administration: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring epics, user stories, and bugs are clearly defined, actionable, and align the sprint goals of Scrum teams.
  • Agile Practices: Work collaboratively with Scrum teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of value-driven increments (including MVP’s), following Agile principles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Negotiate stakeholder priorities and manage expectations while engaging with developers, and other internal customers, to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Digital Solutions Expertise: Collaborate in the design, development, and deployment of digital tools and products that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define success metrics, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders regularly.
  • Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate, host, and run applicable and assigned Scrum events.
