Description:

We are currently looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our team and help us deliver quality software solutions that are fit for use and purpose. This role is hybrid and will be based from our Malmo office (Sweden).
But there’s more to this than just the ‘day job’. Tunstall is embarking upon a significant technical and business transformation programme that is focusing on changing the way in which we host and deliver our market leading solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst\Product Owner\Technical Product Owner, owning and managing a backlog
  • Experience delivering demonstrations
  • Experience of writing user stories
  • Innovative approach to solving complex issues and problems
  • Have a deep understanding of the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC)
  • Proven experience of Agile software delivery
  • Excellent organisational and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of building effective working relationships at all levels
  • Ability and proven experience of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • SAFe experience / Product Owner certification
  • Agile Product Owner certification

Responsibilities:

As a member of one of our Agile Teams you will support the Agile Release Train (ART) and primarily be responsible for maximising the value delivered by the team through the development of new products and features.

  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap discussions.
  • Participate in PI Planning to help communicate the vision and roadmap of the product.
  • Participate in team events during the iteration such as backlog refinements, iteration planning, demos and retrospectives.
  • Work with the Technical Product Managers (TPM) to take features from the programme backlog and refine them with the Agile delivery team to form the team backlog.
  • Managing and prioritising the team’s backlog.
  • Playing a key part in the refinement process of upcoming work items with the team, along-side System Architects and UX resources.
  • Working with the Technical Product Managers to ensure value is delivered as early as possible.
  • Deliver demonstrations of completed work items as part of the Inspect and Adapt Events.
