Description:
Delivery is aligned to Roadmap:
Ensure effective collaboration across multiple squads and work is aligned tdeliver the product roadmap and achieve outcomes.
Ensure all work is transparent and well managed.
Provide an escalation point when and where necessary, tfacilitate effective delivery as well as removing impediments for the team.
Build, manage and execute Quarterly Plan
Resource Engagement and Procurement:
Ensure all required people (technology and business) in product and platform teams are engaged and procured in line with stakeholder expectations and Bupa processes, maintaining a proactive approach tresource management.
Regular Reporting on Delivery and flow Metrics:
Utilise agile and lean delivery metrics (e.g. cycle time, lead time, throughput) and health metrics (engagement, quality, risk) tprovide insight and feedback on team performance in line with achievement of objectives. Collaborate with team tidentify and improve ways of working timprove delivery performance.
Ad hoc reporting where required and the contribution tartefacts for communication tsenior leadership.
Governance and Controls:
Observe the guardrails of the related Portfoligovernance (risk, delivery standards, finance management) and collaborate with the Head of Portfoli/ Technical lead / head of technology tensure Portfoliand team alignment
Establish and maintain appropriate governance controls tensure sustainability and ownership while adhering torganisational policies and standards - whilst balancing fast, flexible flow of delivery, innovation and autonomy. Liaise with Finance and closely manage the budget.
Ensure all budgets and forecasting is accurate, transparent, tracked and up-to-date.
Ensure all work dependencies are closely managed and aligned trelease.
Identify, track, and manage Technology risks and issues, facilitating timely response and resolution tensure the path is smooth for the delivery team.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety within the product team and across the organisation.
Encourage experimentation, iteration, and learning from both successes and failures.
Leadership and Management:
Apply strong adaptive leadership and management skills, coupled with expertise in agile portfoliand program management or strategy/business planning, tuphold the integrity of the portfolio.
Directly manage a team of Delivery Managers / business analysts and collaborate with the appropriate teams tensure performance management, standards and people career growth are a priority.
Contribute tProduct Delivery excellence and Frameworks:
Stay connected tand actively contribute tBupas product delivery approach and relevant frameworks, aligning teams activities with organisational and business unit level strategies, standards, and expectations.
Form and maintain relationships with key delivery SMEs and other relationships that will facilitate navigation of the Bupa working environment
