Description:
Client: Our client is a prominent leader in the digital health sector, specifically excelling in women’s health with over 200 million downloads and users across more than 200 countries. The company is dedicated to continuous innovation, integrating AI technologies, and partnering with healthcare professionals to enhance its services.
Position overview: This hiring is not for a specific project but rather for our Healthcare practice.
- Responsibilities: Oversee complex, technically-intensive cloud migration projects and programs
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Provide technical guidance and assume ownership of project outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with project goals
- Implement and uphold Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to drive project success
- 3-6 years of experience as a servant leader, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience in managing complex projects and programs
- Strong technical understanding of cloud technology (experience with AWS or GCP is a plus) and the ability to resolve technical challenges
- Proficiency in collaborating with remote teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, JQL, and Excel to manage project workflows and data
- Background in software development with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions with team members and stakeholders
- Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated to lead and deliver results
- Good spoken English
- Nice to have: Experience with cloud migration projects
- Experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domains
