Description:

ABOUT THE JOB:

ESP Global Services is recruiting a Technical Project & Delivery Assurance Lead at Dublin Airport, you will be responsible for dealing with DAA related project activities, working across DAA customers and suppliers driving continuous improvement through effective business analysis and action plans.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to lift or push 20-50 kilograms of equipment if needed.
  • Able to stand or kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Able to use mechanical tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of Services to key stakeholders such as airlines, Ground Handling Agent’s (GHA) and Food & Beverages (F&B) operators.
  • Monitor effectiveness in the delivery of Business As Usual (BAU), Small Business Requests (SBR) and project activities.
  • Monitor Quality of Service through tickets raised via the IT Portal.
  • Prioritise daily activities across BAU, SBR and projects.
  • Support the IT SDM team in the day-to-day delivery of IT Services to key customers and stakeholders including Airlines, GHA’s, F&B operators, etc.
  • Primary point of contact for scheduling AITS resources (out of hours) for SBR and Project activities.
  • Manage installations, upgrades, Preventive Maintenace and configurations of hardware and software.
  • Work closely with the IT SDMs in monitoring and reporting of all tickets raised with the IT Service Desk for Gold and Silver Services.
  • Carry out daily trend analysis on IT Incident tickets and coordinate Problem management activities to improve the quality of the services to our key stakeholders, particularly Airlines and GHA’s.
  • Proactively support the IT Service Desk Team in the resolution of escalated issues and problems raised by engineers and stakeholder.
  • Oversee Return Material Authorisation (RMA) process for damaged IT hardware.
  • Oversee Asset Management process for airport Operational and Aer Rianta International (ARI) IT Services.
  • Flexibility is key in this role as the continuous improvement requirement may lead to changes in scope and nature of the position.
  • This role is working Core hours schedule: 5 days on & 2 off / 8:30am to 5:30pm)
