Randstad Italia SpA, a leading outsourcing company, is seeking a Technical Project Manager Assistant to join the team of one of our clients - a renowned Chinese multinational telecom company at the forefront of the electronic consumer sector.
Location: Milan
Contract: Fixed-term or Staff Leasing contract

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing projects and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Good learning and adaptability skills, with strong resilience under pressure and a strong sense of mission
• Experience in successfully delivering large conferences and events is preferred
• Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese

• Support project operations of our technical teams (Labs), ensuring efficient development and execution of projects
• Support the operation of commonly used internal processes (such as publication of internal documents, reimbursement process, online research tools for asset management)
• Organize regular business meetings within our Labs and track outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution
• Organize team activities (such as workshops) and team-building initiatives within out Labs, to foster a positive team atmosphere
