Join us to make your mark on the technical excellency and way of working together with a team of highly skilled acoustic engineers, Digital Signal Processing (DSP) engineers, and Technologists, that deliver the most advanced audio products and technologies in the world!
Reporting to the Head of Audio, you will have the ownership of projects, for audio- and audio-visual products and technologies. You will join a diverse and world-renowned team of engineers that design and deliver B&O’s portfolio and shape the future of the audio industry.
You will be working closely with acousticians, audio technologists, as well as hardware and software engineers, and project managers to redefine the possibilities and make a lasting impact in the world of audio technology.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the audio deliveries within R&D projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality of the key deliverables for the acoustic engineering and DSP teams.
Own daily operations within projects and deploy agile methodologies within the team.
Oversee the risks, resourcing, and operational coordination, to ensure efficient execution of projects.
Manage and coordinate stakeholders to maintain the audio standards and specifications in projects.
Coach, moderate conflicts, and generate commitment towards shared company goals.
Be the primary audio representative towards management, engineering and project management.
Manage project relationships with partners, vendors, and industry consortia.
