Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain and will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with multi-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leads the execution of day-to-day project and work efforts and meeting customer expectations for contracted time, cost and specification definitions.
  • Responsible for assembling project plans, other required reporting
  • Operationalizes technical and managerial processes and undertakes the development and maintenance of business support systems.
  • Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, of the work effort being managed.
  • Negotiates IT project requirements (i.e. timelines, budgets, resources, etc.).
  • Builds and maintains solid, professional working relationships with peers within the project management and business lines.
  • Meets scheduled landmarks to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner, has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing software solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Technical degree / Masters in technical or business degree
  • 10 to 15 years of overall experience, with experience in Banking domain and the SDLC life cycle
  • 5+ years of solid experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • PMP Designation is highly preferred
