SUMMARY:

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for organizing technical requirements for our software development teams as we rapidly scale our products and organization. This role involves collaborating and communicating with Product Managers, Technical Managers, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as documenting the user requirements in well-structured and detailed user stories and tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years previous experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Requirements Manager with expertise in software products and services
  • Previous experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and maintaining traceability
  • Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong knowledge of software development life-cycle (SDLC) and working with Agile methodology
  • Understanding of web applications and general software development and the risks and constraints of different technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels

Responsibilities:

  • Convert business and user requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks
  • Clarify and document user requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  • Plan product deliverables for each sprint
  • Communicate changes in scope or timeline to relevant stakeholders
  • Write and maintain project management and related documentation
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance project management processes and delivery speed
