TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D) SECURITY

Information security and particularly other standards around environmental sustainability became already part of a commodity product requirements set. The product portfolio running on 100,000 physical servers in international datacenters ranges from enterprise cloud products to end user managed/shared/dedicated hosting with adjunct domain, email and more services.

Tasks
- Own the planning, coordination of strategic Information Security projects, especially cross division ones.
- Guide structuring standardization and certification activities and align it with higher-level program/project management.
- Engage in a service oriented manner with internal key stakeholders and align with their resource planning, including stakeholder specific project reporting.
- Own strategic Information Security project management and operate the interfaces towards our customers and business.
- Contribute to and gardening of the Information Security project portfolio, hereby enabling project planning and tracking.
The foundation for this ambitious role, that develops out of an established role of broader scope, is your well-founded, multi-year practitioner’s experience with technical project management preferably certifications/attestations in the cyber security area. You bring intrinsic motivation and passion for the job to the office, also to continually keep your Know-How up to date.
Qualifications
- You have practical experience in managing certification/attestation projects for standards like ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, BSI C5, PCI DSS, SOC 2. A track record involving standards like PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe etc. are a plus.
- You have multi-year experience with technical project management and projects involving standards. You own your project, you are not merely managing it.
- You are burning for modern tool supported project management. You routinely establish project management standards in your sphere of responsibility if necessary. You are routinely using modern collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace.
- You love technology, you do not shy away from project documentation but would like to structure it as efficiently as possible and automate routine activities where possible.
- You convince through your confident and communicative character when achieving goal oriented results with your international and internal interfaces on various levels of hierarchy.
- You proficiently lead discussions in English (CEFR C1 or higher) and independently communicate in German (CEFR B1 or higher).
