To strengthen our rapidly growing facility near Munich, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), to support development and manufacturing of cutting-edge ebeam semiconductor equipment with a strong motive to drive optimization of processes and delivery of objectives to meet business objectives and create more value for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of eBeam technology projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, aligning projects with overall business objectives
- Establish clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure proper product readiness for serial production and drive the related transition(s) of new products into serial production
- Identify and address resource constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks to project success
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
- Enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in the process of documenting technical best practice and standards for production
