POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our technology division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication. Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to provide guidance and support to the project team. Facilitate the resolution of technical issues and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, budgets, and resource utilization. Present regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
